Remote Administrative Assistant, Florida
Provide part-time remote administrative support for Sedgwick’s insurance operations in Florida, managing correspondence, records, invoices, supplies, travel, and office tasks.

- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
- File documents and monitor suspense files
- Photocopy materials and manage incoming and outgoing faxes
- Provide telephone coverage as needed
- Process invoices and billings, and maintain related records
- Keep unit attendance records, library materials, and manuals up to date
- Take meeting minutes
- Arrange travel
- Track inventory and order supplies when needed
- Complete other assigned duties
- Support organizational quality programs

- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of general office administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with an insurance company, broker, or consultant is preferred
- Strong spoken and written communication skills, including presentation ability
