Product Analytics Data Scientist – ElevenLabs (UK Remote)
Analyze activation, adoption, retention, and engagement across ElevenLabs’ AI voice, creative, and agent products. Lead experimentation and establish reliable product metrics with Product, Growth, and Data partners.
विवरण
- Analyze how users discover, adopt, and continue using ElevenLabs products
- Own product health metrics covering activation, feature adoption, retention, and engagement
- Design, evaluate, and communicate experiments including A/B tests, launches, and onboarding changes
- Collaborate with Analytics Engineering on the certified product KPI layer in dbt
- Turn unclear product questions into reliable, decision-ready analysis with Product partners
- Support Growth data scientists on marketing- and revenue-related questions across the product funnel
आवश्यकताएँ
- Experience working as a data scientist within a Product or Growth team, preferably in a product-led business
- Strong SQL and Python capabilities
- Practical experience with experimentation, including A/B testing, and product analytics
- Ability to turn ambiguous product questions into clear, reusable analyses and defensible metrics
- Confidence collaborating directly with Product and Growth stakeholders and challenging poorly defined requests
- Structured, rigorous approach with the ability to work at speed
- Experience with activation or retention modeling, or lifecycle analytics for a consumer or prosumer product, is advantageous
- Experience with dbt or a modern data warehouse and close collaboration with analytics engineers is advantageous
- Experience using AI tools or agents to accelerate analysis or support self-service data access is advantageous
