Manager, AI Enablement and Digital Content at Visa
Visa is seeking a manager to help VCA become an AI-enabled consulting organization. The role develops enablement materials, thought leadership, and digital content for consultants and clients.

- Help advance VCA’s transition to an AI-enabled consulting organization
- Build enablement resources, learning content, transformation narratives, and AI-supported tools and workflows
- Produce training and enablement materials such as FAQs, toolkits, guides, playbooks, resource pages, and manager resources
- Develop competency frameworks, interview guides, onboarding materials, and related resources
- Write employee communications, town hall materials, newsletters, and other internal storytelling content
- Organize AI transformation resources so they are easy to find, understand, and apply
- Use AI tools to strengthen content creation, research, synthesis, workflow efficiency, and knowledge sharing
- Find opportunities to develop AI-enabled resources, agents, and workflows
- Create content aligned with VCA’s thought leadership program, AI transformation, priority solutions, and business goals
- Produce LinkedIn content, articles, points of view, podcasts, and other materials for external audiences
- Turn research, whitepapers, client testimonials, and internal perspectives into engaging content
- Develop AI- and search-optimized content that increases discoverability and showcases VCA’s expertise
- Support video summaries, short-form content, social media assets, and visually engaging materials
- Travel 5–10% of the time
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, 2 years with an advanced degree such as a master’s, MBA, JD, or MD, or no experience with a PhD
- Genuine interest in AI, innovation, transformation, digital content, and evolving ways of working
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity, or comparable tools
- Willingness to test prompts, AI-supported workflows, agents, and emerging AI capabilities
- Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and communication abilities
- Skill in making complex information accessible and turning research, insights, and technical concepts into persuasive content
- Experience producing presentations, web content, FAQs, toolkits, newsletters, thought leadership, social media, and other employee- or client-facing materials
- Background in transformation, consulting, strategy, enablement, thought leadership, digital content, communications, or a related field
- Strong organization skills with the ability to coordinate multiple deliverables, stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines
- Basic graphic design or video editing experience, or willingness to learn Canva, CapCut, Descript, Adobe Creative Cloud, iMovie, or similar tools
- Working knowledge of digital storytelling, content formats, and brand standards
- Ability to work from an office at least three days each week
- Willingness to travel 5–10% of the time
