Junior Management Controller – Paris On-Site
Junior management controller role supporting cost management, budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis for EFFIA, a French parking services company, in Paris.

- Manage costs for the holding company.
- Analyze structural costs across departments.
- Own fee and intercompany recharging activities.
- Develop budgets jointly with department heads.
- Prepare monthly closings, review accounts, and validate financial figures.
- Monitor key performance indicators and analyze the P&L, including margins and income.
- Prepare budgets, reforecasts, and landing forecasts.
- Analyze variances between actual and forecast results.
- Handle operational ad hoc assignments, including annual financial reporting, performance reviews, and contract monitoring.
- Collaborate across the Tender Response, Human Resources, Finance, and Marketing teams.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Completed a first professional role after a Master's degree, preferably from a business school with a focus on finance, management control, or accounting.
- Solid understanding of accounting and management control principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Curious, adaptable in changing environments, and proactive in developing solutions.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
