Enterprise Sales Director – New York City (Hybrid)
Lead complex enterprise sales for Omnea’s AI-native procurement platform, closing B2B SaaS opportunities with senior finance, procurement, legal, and technology stakeholders. Start as a high-performing individual contributor, then build and lead a sales team for your segment.

- Lead end-to-end enterprise new-business sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, including CFOs, CPOs, General Counsel, and CIOs
- Set deal strategy, manage the sales process, and close complex enterprise opportunities
- Guide deals through procurement, legal, and security review processes
- Develop deep expertise in Omnea’s procurement platform and serve as an internal product authority
- Own segment or vertical strategy, target-account planning, and revenue performance
- Recruit, coach, and manage the sales team supporting the segment
- Partner with the CCO and US GM to develop Omnea’s go-to-market approach

- At least 7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including complex enterprise new-business deals and a consistent record of exceeding quota
- Experience selling to buyers in Finance, Procurement, Legal, or IT
- Strong discipline in managing long, multi-threaded sales cycles and maintaining accurate forecasts
- Drive to lead a business segment, paired with the humility to begin as an individual contributor
- Experience mentoring sales representatives, leading a segment, or owning a vertical is advantageous
