Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist - Singapore Onsite
Optimize SEM campaigns through bid management, keyword research, ad copy refinement, and performance reporting. Support TDCX’s digital marketing services in an onsite Singapore role.

- Manage and improve advertising campaign elements, including ad copy, bids, cost per conversion, cost per click, and keyword research.
- Assist with developing and executing campaign strategies through keyword research and analysis.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor account funds and maintain conversation.
- Introduce technologies and automation capabilities that strengthen SEM activities.
- Complete other management-assigned duties within the employment scope while supporting the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.
आवश्यकताएँ
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
- Around two years of relevant experience is preferred, although fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication abilities and an aptitude for selling creative marketing solutions.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for sales and genuine interest in online marketing.
- Comfort using computers and multiple systems, with the adaptability to learn new tools.
- Excellent spoken and written English, plus proficiency in the language of the supported market.
