Oversee daily retail store operations.
Manage and develop the store team.
Help customers access AT&T services, entertainment, and technology.
Coordinate merchandising and product launches.
Achieve and surpass sales targets.
Deliver a strong customer experience across products and services.
Conduct community outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
Coach retail sales consultants to reach sales and service goals.
Work with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond the store.

आवश्यकताएँ

Communicate in both Spanish and English.
Have at least three years of sales or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
Bring prior management experience.
Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills.
Use well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Know wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
Collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond the store.
