Administrative Support Specialist, United States (Hybrid)
Support Arlo Solutions’ VA fraud-response War Room through case documentation, quality assurance, reporting, and workflow coordination. Partner with investigators and VA stakeholders on decision-ready packages, dashboards, governance materials, and follow-up actions.

- Support investigators and subject-matter experts with presentations and communications
- Organize case records and evidence and help prepare War Room referral packages
- Contribute to weekly analytic runs and decision-ready case packages
- Use case-file QA checklists and sampling plans to support reviews of workpapers and deliverables
- Help create intake and triage SOPs, case lifecycle taxonomies, workflow maps, and RACI charts aligned with CIRTS practices
- Prepare monthly governance and milestone reports, dashboards, outcome summaries, and ad hoc white papers for VA leadership
- Coordinate and document meetings with OIC, VHA, and ERM stakeholders
- Monitor action items and follow-ups through completion
- Develop training materials, templates, and knowledge-transfer content
- Adapt effectively to changing priorities and urgent requests in a fast-paced environment
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
- One to three years of experience in the federal healthcare sector
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage urgent requests in a high-intensity environment
- Ability to pass a Tier 2 / Moderate Background Investigation (MBI)
- Ability to obtain a VA PIV card
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Preferred: Experience with VA/VHA, CMS, Medicare, or Medicaid programs
- Preferred: Experience with healthcare claims, payment integrity, or improper payments
- Preferred: Experience with case management or compliance tracking systems, such as CIRTS
- Preferred: Familiarity with VA Community Care
- Preferred: Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or related certification
