Administrative Assistant, Air Freight Invoicing – DSV
Full-time, onsite Administrative Assistant role in Hapert supporting DSV’s Air & Sea operations. The position focuses on invoice processing, shipment records, discrepancy resolution, and accurate financial administration for international customers.

- Process financial administration for air freight shipments in support of operational Air & Sea teams
- Review invoices and shipment documentation against customer agreements
- Verify amounts, rates, cost items, and related details to detect discrepancies
- Investigate inaccuracies and implement corrections
- Coordinate with colleagues in the Netherlands and abroad to resolve unpaid invoices
- Set priorities and manage workloads during monthly peak periods
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and within deadlines
- Keep financial records dependable and administration current for international high-tech customers
आवश्यकताएँ
- Secondary vocational education at mbo level, preferably with an administrative qualification or comparable work experience
- Strong ability to work with numbers
- High level of attention to detail
- Willingness to perform structured, recurring administrative tasks
- Consistently accurate working style
- Ability to maintain oversight and work at team pace during busy month-end periods
- Availability to work 40 hours per week onsite in Hapert
- Good command of Dutch
- Working proficiency in English for an international organisation
