Accounts Payable Specialist, India Remote
Process invoices, documents, and vendor queries for First Advantage while supporting audits and reporting. Maintain accurate records and meet compliance, performance, and service-level requirements.

- Review and process documents in line with established guidelines.
- Enter data and upload documents to systems using written procedures.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and related issues.
- Gather audit documentation and share findings with stakeholders.
- Address discrepancies through structured analysis.
- Build working knowledge of daily processes, systems, applications, and tools.
- Prepare requested reports for stakeholders or clients.
- Meet service-level agreements, targets, and performance standards.
- Work with colleagues and other project team members as needed.
- Investigate, identify, and document issues and escalations.
- Respond to vendor calls about document submission questions and problems.
- Communicate clearly and professionally while carrying out job duties.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook email functions.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Typing speed of 30–35 words per minute.
