Tavsif

  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements that reflect borrowers’ financial circumstances.
  • Use skip-tracing tools and investigative methods to locate borrowers and relevant assets.
  • Manage assigned accounts and prioritize collection work to pursue recovery opportunities.
  • Work toward individual and team performance targets.
  • Keep account records accurate and detailed.
  • Treat customers professionally and respectfully during difficult conversations.
  • Follow applicable federal, state, and local collection laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay in regular contact with managers and teammates while working remotely.

Talablar

  • At least two years of third-party debt collection experience.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage collection accounts and secure payment arrangements.
  • Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone manner.
  • Well organized, with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and contribute to team objectives.
  • Professional, reliable, accountable, and positive approach.
  • Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A professional, low-distraction home workspace suitable for confidential customer conversations.
  • Reliable internet access to carry out the role.
  • Able to remain available, responsive, and productive during scheduled hours.
  • Must live and work in a state approved by LCS.
  • Experience in a high-volume collections setting.
  • Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and collection management systems.
  • Experience negotiating settlements and payment plans.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding collection targets.
