Tavsif

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve overdue accounts.
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements that reflect borrowers’ financial circumstances.
  • Use skip-tracing tools and investigative methods to locate borrowers and relevant assets.
  • Oversee assigned account portfolios and prioritize work to support recovery.
  • Pursue individual and team performance targets.
  • Keep clear, accurate records for each account.
  • Treat customers professionally and respectfully during challenging conversations.
  • Follow applicable federal, state, and local collection laws, company policies, and regulatory rules.
  • Stay in regular contact with managers and colleagues while working remotely.

Talablar

  • At least two years of experience in third-party debt collection.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Demonstrated skill managing collection accounts and arranging successful payments.
  • Excellent verbal communication, attentive listening, and telephone manner.
  • Well organized, with careful attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and contribute to team objectives.
  • Professional, dependable, accountable, and positive.
  • Working knowledge of relevant debt collection laws and regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • A professional, low-distraction home workspace suitable for confidential customer calls.
  • Reliable internet access adequate for the role.
  • Able to remain available, responsive, and productive during scheduled hours.
  • Must live and work in a state approved by LCS.
  • Preferred: Background in high-volume collections.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and collection management systems.
  • Preferred: Experience arranging settlements and payment plans.
  • Preferred: Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
  • Preferred: A record of meeting or exceeding collection targets.
