Negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts through inbound and outbound calls.
Tailor payment plans and settlements to each borrower’s financial circumstances.
Use skip-tracing tools and investigative methods to locate borrowers and relevant assets.
Oversee assigned account portfolios and prioritize work to support recoveries.
Pursue individual and team performance targets.
Keep account records accurate and complete.
Communicate professionally and respectfully during challenging conversations.
Follow applicable federal, state, and local collection laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Stay in regular contact with managers and teammates while working remotely.

Talablar

At least two years of third-party debt collection experience.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Demonstrated skill managing collection accounts and securing payment arrangements.
Clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional phone manner.
Well organized, with careful attention to detail.
Able to work independently and support team objectives.
Professional, dependable, accountable, and positive approach.
Working knowledge of relevant debt collection laws and regulations.
High school diploma or equivalent.
A professional home workspace with minimal distractions for confidential customer discussions.
Reliable internet service adequate for the role.
Availability and responsiveness throughout scheduled work hours.
Must live and work in a state approved by LCS.
Preferred: Background in high-volume collections.
Preferred: Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and collection management systems.
