Tavsif

  • Establish and implement governance policies and technical standards for enterprise AI applications.
  • Improve the evaluation and onboarding process for third-party AI tools.
  • Coordinate business and technology stakeholders to guide decisions and deliver enterprise-wide AI governance.
  • Expand adoption of enterprise AI platforms and connect their capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
  • Advance the technical capabilities needed to automate AI governance at scale.
  • Track emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and relevant industry practices.
  • Develop Cisco’s enterprise AI programs and governance strategy and operating model.

Talablar

  • At least eight years of experience in software engineering, product management, technical program management, management consulting, or a related discipline.
  • A strong technical foundation.
  • Credibility when working with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Skill in translating complex technical concepts into clear business strategies and outcomes.
  • Experience creating operating models, governance frameworks, or enterprise processes for AI or emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a large enterprise from solution design through execution.
  • Experience preparing executive-level narratives, recommendations, and presentations that support decisions and advance strategic initiatives.
