Senior/Lead Data Engineer, MDM — Salesforce Onsite
Build AI-assisted developer tools and enterprise master data management integrations at Salesforce. The role covers entity resolution, data governance, APIs, event-driven pipelines, and technical leadership.
Tavsif
- Create and maintain AI-assisted developer tools, engineering automation, and productivity solutions
- Develop end-to-end master data management integrations using MuleSoft, Airflow, API orchestration, event-driven architecture, change data capture, and batch pipelines
- Deliver entity resolution, golden record lifecycle, hierarchy management, data quality, and governance capabilities
- Connect enterprise systems with third-party data providers such as Dun & Bradstreet, Moody's, and Leadspace
- Design and improve data models, database schemas, APIs, and integration patterns for MDM requirements
- Build production-ready systems with monitoring, alerting, operational support, and security built in
- Promote AI-assisted software engineering practices across development teams
- Contribute to design reviews, code reviews, operational readiness assessments, and releases
- Investigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and deliver scalable fixes
- Work with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones
- For LMTS: architect end-to-end MDM integrations and set technical direction
- For LMTS: lead design reviews and define engineering standards
- For LMTS: collaborate with product, program, architecture, and business stakeholders on roadmaps and delivery plans
- For LMTS: provide technical leadership to engineering and systems integration teams
Talablar
- At least 8 years of software engineering, data engineering, enterprise integration, or MDM platform experience for SMTS-level roles
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise integration, data engineering, MDM, or large-scale data platform development for LMTS-level roles
- Experience using AI-assisted development platforms such as Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, and GitHub Copilot
- Strong knowledge of generative AI and agentic workflows
- Hands-on experience with Informatica SaaS MDM and party data models
- Strong development experience with Java, REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns
- Experience with MuleSoft integrations, API orchestration, Airflow, ETL/ELT pipelines, and large-scale data engineering
- Experience with Kafka or comparable event-streaming platforms, change data capture, and event-driven systems
- Experience developing cloud-native applications with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
- Strong SQL, data modeling, database design, and distributed data processing skills
- A related technical degree is required
- For LMTS: deep expertise in entity resolution, golden records, match/merge/survivorship, data quality, governance, and hierarchy management
- For LMTS: demonstrated technical leadership delivering complex initiatives from design through implementation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Preferred experience includes Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM platforms, Salesforce ecosystem technologies, corporate hierarchy data, Python frameworks, RAG, vector databases, AI agents, MCP frameworks, developer platforms, and relevant certifications
