  • Build profitable relationships with new and existing business accounts to increase revenue.
  • Spot opportunities by applying knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Seven to nine or more years of relevant experience.
  • Willingness and ability to travel locally and regionally, with some national travel.
  • Strong sales and business development skills, including sales strategy, goal setting, and closing.
  • Previous experience in business card sales or payments.
  • Experience serving mid-sized to large businesses, including clients with annual revenue above $10 million.
  • Strong credit analysis and financial assessment skills, with knowledge of basic accounting principles for financial transactions.
  • A track record of using Centers of Influence (COIs) to generate business opportunities.
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline with disciplined follow-up and execution.
  • Knowledge of payment products and a general understanding of product marketing and organizational operations.
  • Strong client relationship skills, including negotiation, decision-making, and creative problem-solving.
  • Ability to work with internal teams to grow and retain existing portfolio clients.
  • Experience managing leads, activities, and sales performance in Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including its Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and workplace conduct and safety policies.
