Tavsif

  • Arrange meetings and luncheons with pharmaceutical representatives
  • Support payroll-related administrative work
  • Contact the IRS about quarterly tax amounts as needed
  • Schedule calls with vendors and other businesses that support practice operations
  • Participate in biweekly billing meetings to review patient reports and denied claims
  • Report billing concerns, unresolved matters, and required follow-up to the practice owner
  • Stay in regular contact with the billing team about inactive or lapsed insurance, coverage limits, and benefit concerns
  • Coordinate follow-up to ensure insurance and billing issues are resolved promptly

Talablar

  • Demonstrated experience in a U.S. medical practice or clinical administrative environment
  • Practical experience submitting and monitoring prior authorizations and communicating with insurance providers
  • Capability to manage senior-level administrative responsibilities, schedules, and operational support
  • Fluent spoken and written English with a polished, professional telephone manner
  • Proactive, well-organized, detail-focused, and able to work independently with limited supervision
  • Availability for full-time work Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST and Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
  • Reliable high-speed internet, backup power and internet, and a quiet home office
