Senior Building Construction Consultant – Frankfurt (Hybrid)
Advise and coordinate complex building construction projects for M2P Consulting, an international management consultancy. Improve construction processes and support digital transformation through BIM, project controls, and Lean Construction.
Tavsif
- Manage complex building construction projects across planning and delivery phases
- Assess and strategically redesign project, planning, and construction processes
- Set up project management and controls structures covering organization, schedules, costs, quality, and risks
- Coordinate collaboration among clients, users, planners, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Assist clients with tendering, procurement, contracting, and change management
- Develop clear frameworks to support project decisions
- Deploy tailored project solutions and controls tools
- Lead work packages and subprojects, including technical direction
- Advance digital transformation in construction and real estate through BIM workflows, digital project platforms, data-driven controls, and Lean Construction
Talablar
- Degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, industrial engineering with a construction focus, or a comparable field
- Some to several years of experience in consulting, project management, project controls, planning, or building construction delivery
- Practical experience managing project costs, schedules, quality, risks, contracts, and variations
- Strong knowledge of HOAI and VOB
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Knowledge of AHO, DIN 276, or comparable standards and regulations is an advantage
- Experience with BIM, Common Data Environments, Lean Construction, or digital project management and controls tools is advantageous
