Junior Accounts Receivable Analyst

Tavsif
- Oversee accounts receivable and track outstanding balances
- Reconcile bank transactions, record incoming payments, and issue payment slips
- Manage collections, follow up on overdue accounts, and resolve outstanding issues through negotiation
- Prepare service fee invoices
- Assist internal and external clients with contract, billing, collection, and payment questions
- Complete closing tasks on schedule and maintain departmental records
- Track performance metrics and help improve processes and internal controls
- Assist with billing, receivables, reconciliations, and related departmental controls
Talablar
- Completed or ongoing bachelor’s studies in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or a related discipline
- Experience reviewing contracts and handling collections, accounts receivable, and financial reconciliations
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Retail experience is an advantage
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Advanced Excel skills for building controls, reconciling accounts, analyzing data, and preparing reports
- Experience using ERP systems and financial management tools
