- Assess complex debt capital markets transactions and structures from initiation to closing.
- Work with outside counsel and lead negotiations on transaction terms alongside Client & Business Development.
- Act as the main contact for internal and external parties on new and existing transactions and deal documentation.
- Oversee ongoing issue administration to meet operational and documentation standards and reduce risk.
- Provide product and country expertise as a subject matter specialist.
- Keep business teams informed about market and competitor developments, regulations, and laws.
Zahteve
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related discipline.
- Five to ten years of corporate trust and/or debt capital markets experience is preferred.
- Ability to deliver work under tight, demanding deadlines.
- Ability to manage challenging internal and external relationships in pressured, time-sensitive situations.
- Ability to investigate and develop innovative legal solutions that uphold enterprise documentation standards.
