Opis

  • Help implement technology solutions for public sector organizations
  • Analyze customer requirements and evaluate how technology can address them
  • Recommend process improvements and solutions
  • Identify core business needs and document operating concepts, briefings, user stories, and business rules
  • Map current and future workflows and analyze gaps in Agile projects
  • Work with staff and stakeholders to shape solutions
  • Act as the primary development contact and lead project and implementation engagements
  • Turn complex business processes into user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Document workflows and user stories with standard flowcharting tools and methods
  • Gather requirements through interviews, meetings, surveys, document and workflow analysis, site visits, and use cases
  • Connect internal and external stakeholders with development teams throughout system analysis, design, configuration, testing, and maintenance
  • Lead implementation and support for applications and integration components
  • Carry out quality assurance and quality control across multiple projects
  • Keep project plans, dashboards, status reports, issue and resolution logs, and change control documents up to date
  • Support clients during implementation and after launch
  • Conduct analysis, ad hoc reporting, and research for operational and strategic decisions
  • Contribute to project plans and smaller projects
  • Handle other assigned duties

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; college coursework or an equivalent combination of education and experience may also qualify
  • Experience analyzing, designing, testing, and documenting production systems
  • Three years of experience in business process analysis, application implementation and training, project coordination or management, and related business work
  • Experience with Agile development, including continuous integration and delivery, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
  • Business analysis expertise, such as familiarity with the BABOK Guide
  • Knowledge of project coordination and management methods, standards, and practices
  • Knowledge of quality assurance practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and development concepts
  • Basic understanding of COBOL and/or AI tools in IBM’s iServer environment
  • Experience with SQL Server and/or DB2 databases
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead working meetings, gather information, and build shared understanding of technical solutions
  • Critical thinking and business process documentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to present technical and non-technical information to stakeholder groups
  • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
