Opis

  • Direct major programs that shape enterprise operations and growth.
  • Deliver strategic initiatives across multiple teams and divisions.
  • Create and govern project plans that follow established oversight frameworks.
  • Coordinate daily project work, including requirements, success measures, risks, issues, dependencies, workflows, communications, and presentations.
  • Build alignment among complex stakeholder groups, address conflicts, and manage competing interests.
  • Develop business approaches, methods, and tools to address obstacles.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership while working across a global organization.
  • Use independent judgment to make project decisions with limited supervision.
  • Gather and record stakeholder and customer input, then apply it to project plans.
  • Adapt plans to project-specific needs, including work involving sensitive information or data.
  • Guide initiatives from initial discovery to execution and achieve measurable organizational outcomes.

Zahteve

  • Relevant experience in project or program management, with a focus on strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams using standard project tools, such as charters, project plans, RAID and RACI, process diagrams, communications and change plans, operating procedures, requirements assessments, control plans, and meeting materials.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to work with colleagues at every organizational level.
  • A proactive, independent approach and comfort working in a changing environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to prioritize independently and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • PMP certification and advanced project management coursework, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Agile delivery and frameworks.
  • Preferred: experience with Serena, ADO, Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred: a record of leading large programs from discovery through execution.
  • Preferred: attention to detail, creative thinking, and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Preferred: ability to lead and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Preferred: strong communication skills for shaping and driving a comprehensive communications strategy.
