Opis

  • Partner with the global COO and senior leadership team as a strategic advisor.
  • Turn business strategy into focused priorities, practical plans, and measurable results.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives that support sustainable growth.
  • Create and oversee executive business review processes.
  • Run leadership forums and governance meetings.
  • Analyze financial, operational, customer, and market data to provide actionable insight.
  • Prepare business cases, executive presentations, and decision materials for leadership and Board decisions.
  • Build effective partnerships with Finance, Strategy, Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and People teams.
  • Influence stakeholders, address complex challenges, balance competing priorities, and drive impact across the business.
  • Use AI tools and emerging technologies to strengthen decision support, operating processes, productivity, and COO Office effectiveness.
  • Prepare executive communications and change narratives for internal and external audiences.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of experience in strategy, transformation, management consulting, program management, or senior business operations.
  • Experience at a leading consulting firm or in internal strategy, transformation, a COO Office, or a Chief of Staff function is highly desirable.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to engage, influence, and constructively challenge senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Skilled at distilling complex information into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent executive communication skills, including creating senior-level presentations, analyses, dashboards, and data-led narratives.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced global setting.
  • Able to spot improvement opportunities, clear execution barriers, and encourage adoption of new ways of working.
  • Takes ownership, stays curious and proactive, and collaborates across teams.
  • Committed to ongoing development through courses and programs.
