Tableau

Opis

  • Lead financial analysis of major commercial real estate lease transactions, including new leases, renewals, subleases, buyouts, lease-versus-buy scenarios, and early restructures.
  • Build, improve, and maintain complex cash flow and scenario models independently.
  • Develop and explain lease accounting strategies, including their cash, P&L, balance sheet, and EBITDA effects.
  • Review leases, term sheets, proposals, and abstracts, assessing financial terms, concessions, and risks.
  • Create executive presentations and RFP commentary, turn financial analysis into strategic recommendations, and present findings.
  • Join client meetings and calls with brokers as the financial specialist.
  • Create project scorecards, timelines, and portfolio dashboards.
  • Research and synthesize market conditions, comparable properties, cost benchmarks, and landlord trends.
  • Coordinate multiple projects, documents, and deliverables with accuracy and care.
  • Train and mentor junior financial analysts in modeling, report formatting, and presentation standards.
  • Enhance financial templates, reporting packages, and data visualization tools.
  • Work with brokers on business development pursuits and client presentations.
  • Advise corporate occupiers and support real estate decisions by C-suite leaders.
  • Serve tenants, prospective tenants, owners, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Carry out other assigned duties.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business administration, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Real estate license in good standing.
  • Two to five years of experience analyzing commercial real estate lease transactions.
  • Strong grounding in financial and accounting principles, including GAAP, DCF, IRR, NPV, and sensitivity analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Advanced experience with CoStar and LeaseCalcs.
  • Ability to interpret leases, public filings, and financial statements.
  • Ability to build cash flow models.
  • Strong financial analysis and quantitative skills.
  • Strong marketing, presentation, and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate market conditions, practices, trends, and drivers.
  • Ability to develop solutions and work independently.
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service.
  • Ability to protect confidential information and internal communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools preferred.
