Opis

  • Own Sedric’s end-to-end AI reference architecture
  • Set engineering-wide patterns, standards, and platform capabilities for AI initiatives
  • Lead architecture reviews and shape the technology roadmap
  • Select technologies, vendors, and foundation models to adopt, pilot, or retire
  • Ensure AI initiatives align with the platform’s architecture
  • Create reusable patterns for AI services, agents, retrieval, evaluation pipelines, and infrastructure
  • Assess emerging technologies, vendors, and foundation models
  • Work with Product leaders to explore AI-intensive initiatives early
  • Deliver LLM improvements and optimize existing flows for latency and reliability
  • Guide AI design across the platform and advise teams before implementation

Zahteve

  • At least five years of ML or AI architecture experience at a SaaS company
  • At least three years of backend development experience
  • Production experience building agentic systems with tool use, planning, and multi-step reasoning
  • Experience creating AI governance and evaluation harnesses from the ground up
  • Hands-on experience deploying AI in production systems
  • Ability to take projects from concept through delivery and work with stakeholders throughout
  • A relevant degree is required; an advanced degree in computer science, machine learning, statistics, or a related field is a plus
  • Comfort engaging customers and executives and explaining technical tradeoffs in business terms
