- Own Sedric’s end-to-end AI reference architecture
- Set engineering-wide patterns, standards, and platform capabilities for AI initiatives
- Lead architecture reviews and shape the technology roadmap
- Select technologies, vendors, and foundation models to adopt, pilot, or retire
- Ensure AI initiatives align with the platform’s architecture
- Create reusable patterns for AI services, agents, retrieval, evaluation pipelines, and infrastructure
- Assess emerging technologies, vendors, and foundation models
- Work with Product leaders to explore AI-intensive initiatives early
- Deliver LLM improvements and optimize existing flows for latency and reliability
- Guide AI design across the platform and advise teams before implementation
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least five years of ML or AI architecture experience at a SaaS company
- At least three years of backend development experience
- Production experience building agentic systems with tool use, planning, and multi-step reasoning
- Experience creating AI governance and evaluation harnesses from the ground up
- Hands-on experience deploying AI in production systems
- Ability to take projects from concept through delivery and work with stakeholders throughout
- A relevant degree is required; an advanced degree in computer science, machine learning, statistics, or a related field is a plus
- Comfort engaging customers and executives and explaining technical tradeoffs in business terms
