Opis
- Build relationships with the recruitment team, internal partners, and candidates
- Work with hiring managers to define roles, required skills, education, and candidate qualifications
- Post openings and source and screen candidates
- Review resumes and applications
- Schedule hiring manager interviews through job boards
- Coordinate, manage, and attend virtual job fairs as needed
- Record candidate, search, and recruiting activity accurately in UKG ATS
- Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process
- Update UKG job postings to improve candidate quality and volume
- Coordinate interviews and new hire steps between candidates and hiring managers
- Build candidate networks through social media groups, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Support multiple hiring managers and manage a large candidate pool efficiently
Zahteve
- High school diploma or GED; college-level training preferred
- At least two years of recruiting or human resources experience, ideally in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting tight deadlines
- Familiarity with behavioral interviews and the STAR method
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience managing candidate pipelines and requisitions in an ATS
- Ability to analyze staffing metrics to identify regional needs
- Sensitivity to employee needs while meeting staffing requirements
- PTIN certification required
- At least 18 years of age
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States required
