Opis

  • Support scheduling exceptions, manual timesheets, visit verification, and payroll preparation during the move from Catalyst to AlayaCare.
  • Investigate and resolve assigned scheduling and visit exceptions.
  • Track open exceptions and help complete processing before payroll deadlines.
  • Contact caregivers, clients, or internal teams by phone to obtain missing information.
  • Review missed clock-ins and clock-outs, missed visits, incomplete records, and other verification issues.
  • Check available information before updating visit records or submitting them for approval.
  • Spot discrepancies that may lead to incorrect caregiver pay or unsupported billing.
  • Provide occasional scheduling or operational support as directed by a manager, alongside core payroll, exception-resolution, and timesheet duties.

  • Bring experience and a strong eye for detail.
  • Review, investigate, and resolve scheduling and visit exceptions.
  • Track open exceptions and meet payroll deadlines.
  • Follow up by phone with caregivers, clients, or internal team members.
  • Review missed clock-ins and clock-outs, missed visits, incomplete records, and visit-verification issues.
  • Verify information before correcting visit records or submitting them for approval.
  • Identify discrepancies that may affect caregiver pay or billing.
  • Be available to work Sunday through Tuesday.
  • Be able to work remotely from Colorado, with occasional office or training attendance as needed.
