Opis

  • Support customers with graphic design.
  • Check submitted designs against printing standards.
  • Adapt customer artwork to product specifications and prepare production-ready files.
  • Contact customers as needed to agree on design revisions.
  • Create graphics that reflect customer needs and printing processes.
  • Meet targets set by the team leader or manager.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction in daily work.
  • Collect feedback on products, processes, services, and the customer experience.
  • Share findings with team leaders and escalation teams to support ongoing customer experience improvements.
  • Handle other tasks assigned by the team leader or manager.
  • Take part in activities that build skills relevant to the role.
  • Stay familiar with the company’s product catalogue to guide customers effectively.

Zahteve

  • Proficiency with commercial design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Affinity, or Canva.
  • Creative ability to provide design support to clients.
  • Detailed knowledge of InDesign, including its use for multi-page materials such as catalogues, books, and magazines.
  • Strong ethics and a high level of passion, commitment, and drive for quality.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to adapt to new software applications.
  • Fluent spoken and written French.
  • Fluent spoken and written English or Italian is an advantage.
  • Willingness to collaborate.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Ability to anticipate customer expectations and requests.
