Opis

  • Help design and deliver process electrification systems for metallurgical plants
  • Work with medium- and low-voltage systems, transformers, drives, and cabling
  • Contribute to conceptual design, cost estimates, and technical sales
  • Occasionally support installation supervision and commissioning at customer sites
  • Contribute to large-scale plant delivery projects around the world
  • Work on project teams alongside experienced engineers
  • Take on increasing responsibility and manage larger project scopes independently over time
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across international teams
  • Travel to customer sites when needed

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as electrical engineering or electrical power engineering
  • Some experience with industrial process electrification projects
  • Knowledge of industrial electrification, power distribution, and electrical drives is an advantage
  • Knowledge of international standards such as IEC and NEMA is an advantage
  • Experience in heavy industry, including through internships or summer roles
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Careful, self-motivated approach to solving problems
  • Willingness to take ownership of assigned work
  • Organized, composed, and focused on finding solutions in demanding situations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to ongoing learning
  • Motivation to build deeper professional expertise
  • Relocation assistance to Finland is not available
