- Create and oversee brand communications across channels.
- Collaborate with the creative team and contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions.
- Spot opportunities to improve content and recommend effective approaches.
- Track current topics and trends relevant to the work.
- Manage client requests as the main point of contact, responding with empathy and clarity.
- Analyze metrics and produce detailed reports with actionable insights.
Zahteve
- A university degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- At least two years of experience in content management or social media.
- Digital agency experience is an advantage.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for developing new ideas.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Manager, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Cloud is an advantage.
- Interest in experimenting with new technologies, especially AI.
- Knowledge of content performance analytics tools.
- Experience working with clients on a daily basis.
- Ability to develop content communication plans.
- Fluent English, with strong organizational and project management skills.
- A proactive, energetic approach and a genuine enjoyment of teamwork.
