Opis

  • Find new business through research, cold outreach, and networking.
  • Meet prospective merchants and demonstrate Bosta’s solutions.
  • Lead sales from prospecting through closing to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Keep CRM records current, including sales activity, opportunities, and pipeline updates.
  • Track customer needs, market trends, and competitors to inform team strategy.
  • Work with Marketing, Onboarding, and Operations to support smooth merchant activation.
  • Share feedback and ideas to improve sales processes and results.
  • Win and activate new merchants, close small and mid-sized accounts, and maintain relationships that support long-term retention.

Zahteve

  • Bring 1–2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in logistics, e-commerce, or technology-enabled services.
  • Show a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals while managing several leads at once.
  • Communicate and negotiate persuasively with energy and confidence.
  • Be comfortable in a fast-moving, target-focused workplace.
  • Be self-directed, keen to learn, and interested in progressing to a Senior Sales Executive role.
  • Use CRM software and Google Workspace proficiently.
  • Have very good spoken and written English.
