Descriere

  • Coordinate video editing, reviews and publication, keeping each project on track.
  • Brief and coordinate editors, freelancers and junior colleagues as needed.
  • Keep the video archive organised with clear naming, tags and version control.
  • Improve production workflows and the tools used by the team.
  • Use approved AI tools to draft titles, subheads, descriptions and promotional copy, then refine them to fit editorial standards and the brand voice.
  • Check published text for accuracy, including guest and company names, job titles and factual claims.
  • Help establish team practices for using AI tools and providing content inputs.
  • Manage YouTube publishing, including metadata, thumbnails, chapters, playlists, end screens and captions.
  • Write promotional copy for YouTube, social media and newsletters.
  • Monitor views, watch time, retention and engagement, then report results and recommendations.
  • Review drafts before publication for spelling, graphics, audio, branding and accuracy.
  • Coordinate feedback and approval rounds with internal stakeholders and guests.
  • Prepare post-campaign performance reports for clients across YouTube, social media and newsletters.
  • Present results, highlights and recommendations professionally.
  • Deliver reports on schedule and respond to client follow-up questions.
  • Keep report templates consistent with the brand and refine them using client feedback.

Cerințe

  • 2–5 years of experience in client and team administration and coordination.
  • Comfort using analytics platforms such as YouTube Studio to retrieve data.
  • Able to turn analytics into clear, client-ready reports using Excel, Google Sheets or presentation software.
  • Practical experience using AI writing tools in a professional content environment.
  • Excellent written English.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Confident, calm and diplomatic when guiding senior people through technical setup and handling last-minute changes.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders independently.
  • Discreet when handling confidential and embargoed information.
  • Basic video editing knowledge, YouTube SEO knowledge, coordination experience, or a background in B2B media or publishing is a plus, but not required.
