Descriere

  • Design digital products and applications for multiple platforms.
  • Lead major company initiatives from a design perspective.
  • Build strong working relationships with Development and Product teams.
  • Develop market analysis, high-level requirements, and a user-centered design language.
  • Turn complex business and technical needs into workflows, detailed mockups, and documentation for web, iOS, and Android.
  • Use AI to accelerate workflow and prototype creation, refining flows, states, and edge cases.
  • Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes and present them to senior leaders.
  • Map end-to-end journeys for payment products, including checkout, wallets, disputes, onboarding, and money movement.
  • Work with Product Owners to define, simplify, and prioritize feature requirements.
  • Research users and competitors, and develop personas and workflows grounded in customer behavior.
  • Account for compliance and risk, working with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams.
  • Design AI-enabled experiences such as conversational and agentic interfaces, with explainability, user control, and error recovery.
  • Build and advance a shared design language and system across products.
  • Act as the main design contact for Engineering leads and developers.
  • Resolve usability questions and review design and UX quality during QA.
  • Write or contribute to UX copy and user-focused messaging.
  • Apply AI tools to research synthesis, ideation, and prototyping, and share useful practices with the team.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or a master’s degree.
  • At least five years of experience as a UX Designer, or as a Software Engineer with substantial design responsibilities.
  • A portfolio showing complete web and mobile products, including interactive prototypes and workflows, carried from concept through development completion.
  • Ability to turn complex requirements into clear, structured workflows and fully developed interactive prototypes.
  • Experience leading large-scale projects.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication.
  • Experience coaching and providing critique to UI designers.
  • Experience working independently and collaboratively with developers, designers, and product managers.
  • Experience with responsive web design and iOS and Android design conventions.
  • Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methods.
  • Expert knowledge of digital design principles and awareness of trends in web, mobile, and AI-enabled design.
  • Working knowledge of designing AI-powered features with transparency, trust, and user control, or a well-developed perspective on these principles.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong innovation, creativity, design, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to travel 10%.
  • No license or certification requirements.
