Descriere

  • Manage network engineering and operations teams delivering cloud and data center projects.
  • Assign engineering work and project responsibilities.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and quality goals.
  • Coach and develop engineering managers and staff.
  • Resolve critical issues as the escalation lead.
  • Create and review network designs that meet customer needs and organizational objectives.
  • Assess emerging technologies through research, pilots, vendor reviews, and business cases.
  • Develop resilient, scalable architectures with Cisco data center technologies, Palo Alto firewalls, cloud networking, and automation.
  • Contribute to proposals, solution design, and service delivery for new and recompeted contracts.
  • Turn customer and program needs into technical and service plans.
  • Report program progress, trends, risks, and opportunities to executives, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Improve policies, workflows, and operational practices.
  • Track product, process, and team results and recommend ongoing improvements.
  • Support financial planning and connect technology choices to budget and business outcomes.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years managing network engineering teams; 7 or more years preferred.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on network engineering or architecture experience.
  • Experience with Cisco data center technologies.
  • Experience with Palo Alto firewall platforms.
  • Familiarity with enterprise and cloud networking.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and requirements interpretation.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or higher security clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Travel under 10%.
  • Complete identity verification using advanced biometrics and artificial intelligence; camera presence is expected during virtual interviews.
