Descriere

  • Plan and deliver internal communications that support business initiatives, organizational priorities, and change-management programs
  • Produce and distribute newsletters, leadership updates, presentations, intranet content, webcasts, podcasts, and employee-platform communications
  • Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional partners to collect information, shape messaging, and align communications with business goals
  • Coordinate communication calendars and delivery schedules to provide timely, consistent updates to employee audiences
  • Prepare and send accurate, responsive communications for business-critical and time-sensitive matters
  • Review, edit, and proofread content to maintain consistent brand and organizational messaging
  • Monitor communication metrics, evaluate employee engagement, and propose improvements based on performance data
  • Develop presentations and visual materials that support employee engagement, business updates, and strategic initiatives

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least two years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, corporate communications, or a related discipline
  • Background creating and managing employee communications across multiple channels
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and virtual communication platforms
  • Experience supporting organizational communications, business transformation, or change-management initiatives
  • Excellent grammar, copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills with strong attention to detail
  • Email marketing, communications automation, or campaign-management platform experience preferred
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or comparable design and content-creation tools preferred
  • Experience evaluating communication metrics and engagement data to improve content strategies preferred
  • Ability to travel 10%
