Senior Content Strategist and Copywriter – Remote

Descriere

  • Write engaging copy on retirement planning, financial services, and investment topics for campaigns, newsletters, articles, emails, websites, case studies, videos, fund commentaries, presentations, letters, and other communications.
  • Develop, edit, and proofread technical and service-focused communications.
  • Shape content strategies and produce polished materials that address audience needs, simplify complex information, and support measurable business objectives.
  • Oversee content reviews and uphold standards for brand voice, style, quality, accuracy, consistency, and AP style.
  • Track deliverables and deadlines, coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Partner with Marketing and teams across the organization to create communications that drive client engagement, product and service adoption, asset retention, and growth.
  • Maintain knowledge of company offerings, industry developments, audience expectations, and effective content practices.
  • Proofread marketing materials and coordinate compliance review requests.
  • Maintain company style guides and coordinate design work for formatted materials, templates, and related assets.
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable relevant experience.
  • Five to seven years of experience in content strategy, writing, editing, proofreading, and project management; retirement planning, financial services, or related industry experience is preferred.
  • Outstanding writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication abilities, supported by strong editorial judgment and close attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to apply content best practices and data-informed insights to audience needs and business objectives.
  • Strong strategic thinking, initiative, organization, project management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities, work independently, collaborate effectively, and produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience leading content initiatives in financial services is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF editing tools, and AP style; familiarity with AI-assisted content creation and editing tools.
  • Three diverse writing samples or a portfolio demonstrating a broad range of copywriting work.
  • This role cannot sponsor or hire candidates using H1B, STEM, or OPT visas.
