Senior Compliance Analyst, Products

Descriere

  • Set and carry out compliance priorities for the Products segment, focusing on its highest-risk products and use cases.
  • Investigate misuse, assess use cases, and review customers.
  • Work with product, legal, sales, and segment leaders to meet regulatory requirements and follow policy.
  • Support product and engineering teams in building compliance into product design.
  • Bring segment insight to Risk’s Assurance Hub partnership.
  • Use AI tools, automation, and analytics to monitor risk, identify issues, and report findings.
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and processes.
  • Manage internal and third-party audit requests and remediation.
  • Help deliver compliance training and employee communications.
  • Support litigation and conduct legal and compliance research.
  • Help analyze documents and contracts.
  • Mentor junior compliance staff and help build team capabilities.
  • Take on other assigned duties.

Cerințe

  • At least 5–7 years of experience in business, law, or compliance.
  • Expertise in product or business compliance management and regulatory risk assessment.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to enterprise and corporate customers.
  • Experience with Compliance by Design methods and early-stage product governance.
  • Experience implementing and using AI tools, automation platforms, and data analytics in compliance work.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment on complex compliance matters.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Teams and SharePoint.
  • Proficiency with SAP and Salesforce.
  • Experience with or strong familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization software.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in law, business administration, public policy, regulatory studies, or a related field.
