Descriere

  • Build and lead teams developing, deploying, and managing AI models throughout their lifecycle.
  • Establish and expand MLOps practices, covering machine learning CI/CD, model and version management, monitoring, retraining, and platform standards.
  • Assess and integrate external AI tools, technologies, and vendors, and advise on build-or-buy choices.
  • Run design sprints for new product introduction (NPI) challenges to demonstrate AI’s impact on quality, cost, schedules, and business results.
  • Deliver AI initiatives against quality, cost, schedule, and business objectives.
  • Set AI strategy and roadmaps, and expand adoption across products and enterprise platforms.
  • Work with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, and Security teams to embed AI capabilities in business solutions.
  • Develop AI-driven improvements in productivity and innovation, including automation, optimization, and predictive intelligence.
  • Lead model governance, responsible AI practices, and compliance frameworks.
  • Provide technical and strategic direction across deep learning, generative AI, natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
  • Coach team members and support ongoing learning and innovation.
  • Align stakeholders, present insights, and inform executive decisions.
  • Identify risks early and resolve challenges across AI initiatives.
  • Contribute AI expertise to proposals, innovation efforts, and competitive differentiation.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical field such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
  • At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, data science, or software development.
  • At least 2 years leading technical teams in AI or advanced analytics.
  • Strong command of machine learning, deep learning, and AI system design.
  • Familiarity with the DO-178B software development life cycle.
  • Experience delivering AI solutions at production scale.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and foundation models.
  • Knowledge of MLOps, model lifecycle management, and AI platform engineering.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure AI, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform, and with scalable AI architectures.
  • Understanding of data engineering, feature engineering, and big data ecosystems.
  • Experience applying responsible AI, explainability, and governance frameworks.
  • Leadership experience advancing organizational change through AI adoption.
  • Ability to manage complex programs, competing priorities, and cross-functional teams.
  • Track record of shaping strategy and delivering measurable business results.
  • Must qualify as a U.S. Person: a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, person with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status, or someone able to obtain export authorization.
