Descriere

  • Lead AI solutions from technical discovery through production delivery and ongoing improvement
  • Design and advance Generative AI, RAG, and agentic applications
  • Set technical direction across quality, scalability, security, cost, maintainability, and operational considerations
  • Create agents and workflows that connect with tools, APIs, databases, messaging systems, and enterprise platforms
  • Establish orchestration approaches involving Human-in-the-Loop controls, long-running workflows, retries, fallbacks, and deterministic behavior
  • Implement evaluation, observability, guardrails, and reliability practices for AI applications
  • Select models, retrieval methods, frameworks, and infrastructure by assessing relevant technical trade-offs
  • Resolve complex production problems involving models, prompts, retrieval, tools, integrations, and infrastructure
  • Work with architects, engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders while providing technical direction as needed
  • Mentor engineers and help shape engineering standards and best practices for AI solutions

Cerințe

  • Advanced Python skills supported by strong software engineering fundamentals
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering production-ready Generative AI and LLM solutions
  • Deep understanding of modularity, separation of concerns, testability, maintainability, resilience, and clean interface design
  • Experience designing production services, APIs, asynchronous workflows, and distributed components
  • Practical expertise with RAG and agentic AI patterns, including tool use, function calling, orchestration, Human-in-the-Loop processes, and guardrails
  • Strong knowledge of embeddings, vector search, retrieval methods, chunking, reranking, and enterprise knowledge retrieval
  • Proficiency with AI frameworks or SDKs such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, OpenAI Agents SDK, Strands, or comparable tools
  • Practical experience with several LLM providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or comparable services
  • Ability to evaluate trade-offs among models, providers, orchestration methods, retrieval approaches, and infrastructure choices
  • Strong knowledge of AI evaluation and observability covering quality, tracing, latency, token consumption, failures, and cost
  • Good grasp of cloud-native practices including scalability, resilience, secrets and configuration management, observability, and access control
  • Proficiency with Docker, CI/CD, automated testing, and version control
  • Fluent English for technical collaboration with international stakeholders
  • Knowledge of multi-agent architectures and long-running agent workflows
  • Experience with Agentic SDLC, coding agents, GitHub, or developer-tool integrations
  • Familiarity with knowledge graphs, GraphRAG, or hybrid retrieval architectures
  • Hands-on experience with Datadog LLM Observability, LangSmith, OpenTelemetry, or similar platforms
