  • Maintain real-time oversight of firm-wide credit exposures and controls
  • Manage credit limits, exceptions, breaches, and aged overdrafts through investigation and escalation
  • Prepare accurate risk metrics and clear commentary for senior stakeholders and business decisions
  • Improve data quality and reinforce the control environment
  • Support internal audits and regulatory reviews
  • Advance automation, process efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with Risk Managers and cross-functional teams across the organization
  • Help ensure the firm operates within its defined risk appetite
  • Contribute to the modernization of Credit Control operations

Cerințe

  • Education or practical experience in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • At least three years of relevant experience in Risk or Compliance, including control, reporting, or analytical work
  • Professional fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and experience handling large datasets
  • Experience creating management presentations in PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities, with close attention to accuracy and data quality
  • Ability to independently deliver recurring structured work and respond to urgent, ad hoc requests
  • Confident, clear communication style with a proactive approach and willingness to challenge appropriately
  • End-to-end ownership of deliverables, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Strong interest in data, controls, and understanding processes from start to finish
  • Ability to identify control or process gaps and recommend improvements
  • Comfort working with international stakeholders in a global, cross-functional setting
  • Organized, proactive, and focused on achieving results
  • Ability to set priorities independently and manage competing deadlines
  • Exposure to Spotfire, Power BI, VBA, SQL, or comparable automation tools is advantageous
  • Availability to work from the office at least three days per week
