Lead field operations for Trulieve cannabis dispensaries in Scottsdale, overseeing retail support, training, compliance, systems, store openings, merchandising, and revenue-focused initiatives.
Descriere
- Manage Retail Field Operations Specialists who support dispensary operations
- Work with retail leaders to identify operational and development opportunities and implement strategic solutions
- Support the development and rollout of operational systems and technology
- Refine retail Standard Operating Procedures and recommend continuous improvements
- Present operating policies and departmental issues in team meetings
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing to verify system updates and enhancements
- Oversee training compliance, assignments, administration, and records in Trulieve learning systems
- Deliver training and guidance on company and regulatory compliance requirements
- Coordinate with Learning & Development on employee training programs
- Work with Retail, Marketing, and Brand Management to increase sales through displays, engagement tools, and point-of-purchase materials
- Help launch new stores and prepare locations and teams for grand openings
- Review sales and business trends to ensure merchandising strategies increase revenue across key categories
- Visit retail locations to evaluate procedural compliance and identify optimization opportunities
- Manage state-specific communications updates and related tasks
- Handle additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
Cerințe
- Strong understanding of operations, sales processes, and company policies
- Previous operations management experience, preferably in retail or customer service
- Track record of delivering results and meeting deadlines
- Ability to turn insights and metrics into actionable strategy
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

- Conversational proficiency in English

- Knowledge of SAP and state-required compliance or inventory management systems preferred

- Valid driver's license and successful MVR background check
- Ability to pass Level 1 and Level 2 background checks
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
- Ability to work with patrons of varied ages and abilities, including people experiencing emotional distress or hostility
- Ability to move throughout facilities, including confined spaces
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or position objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb and descend stools, ladders, and steps and position yourself or objects at floor level
- Visual and auditory acuity with or without corrective aids
- Availability to work more than 45 hours per week, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to travel 30% to 50% of the work schedule
