Descriere
- Generate new business through prospecting, cold calls, email outreach, and virtual meetings
- Develop relationships with small and midsized businesses nationwide
- Identify hiring challenges and recommend recruitment marketing solutions
- Sell SEO, SEM, social media, OTT/CTV, display advertising, and related solutions
- Manage a client portfolio by closing new business, upselling, and re-engaging former clients
- Build and maintain the sales pipeline while pursuing revenue targets
- Collaborate with Client Success Managers to launch, support, and improve recruitment campaigns
- Provide a positive client experience from the initial conversation through the ongoing relationship
- Use Salesforce to record activity, opportunities, pipeline data, and performance
- Pursue and surpass sales and activity targets consistently
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree or at least two years of inside sales experience
- B2B sales experience is preferred
- Demonstrated ability in prospecting and cold calling
- Ability to identify client needs and recommend consultative, solution-based offerings
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing abilities
- Comfort working toward sales targets in a performance-focused environment
- Digital marketing or recruitment experience is advantageous
- Technical proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM
- Competitive, resilient, self-directed, and highly organized approach
- Strong follow-through with the ability to manage multiple opportunities
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with comfort balancing individual accountability
