Relationship Manager I, Business Banking
PNC seeks a business banking relationship manager to develop client relationships, support credit products, and grow revenue. This full-time onsite role is based in Asheville, North Carolina or Greenville, South Carolina.
Descriere
- Oversee relationships with new and existing clients within an assigned book of business
- Pursue sales, revenue, and market-share targets
- Win, grow, and retain client relationships to increase revenue and share of wallet
- Originate, assess, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services
- Balance risk and return while maintaining quality across client relationships
- Detect and address regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks
- Develop recommendations informed by client needs and financial well-being
- Strengthen client engagement and loyalty
- Cultivate relationships across internal teams and external community and industry networks
- Source new clients and expand existing accounts
- Introduce clients to PNC’s complete product and service offering
- Apply reporting and sales tools to uncover and convert opportunities
- Assess and manage credit risk using credit fundamentals and internal credit policies
Cerințe
- A university or college degree is typically expected
- At least 3 years of relevant, directly related industry experience
- An equivalent mix of education, job-specific certifications, and experience—including military service—may substitute for a degree
- Understanding of book-of-business management
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Familiarity with credit processes and products
- Customer engagement capabilities
- Financial analysis proficiency
- Ability to recognize sales opportunities
- Business acumen, relationship management, customer experience, judgment and critical thinking, communication, prospecting, sales, and technology skills
- No certification is required
- No license is required

- The role is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act and, where applicable, SAFE Act and/or FINRA requirements concerning certain criminal history
