Descriere

  • Build referral relationships with physicians, care coordinators, social workers, assisted living facilities, and organizations serving older adults.
  • Explain Sailor Health’s services, patient eligibility, and referral process to providers and office staff.
  • Increase referral volume across Atlanta.
  • Establish new partnerships and oversee high-priority accounts.
  • Maintain regular outreach across Atlanta’s healthcare community.
  • Meet partners in person throughout the territory four to five days per week.
  • Take part in community events, provider meetings, and networking opportunities.
  • Coordinate with clinical, operations, and patient experience teams on referrals and onboarding.
  • Share market insights to improve provider experience, patient activation, and growth strategy.
  • Improve outreach processes, messaging, and partnership playbooks.

  • Background building relationships from the ground up in high-activity sales or development roles, such as medical sales, pharmaceuticals, recruiting, business development, or community organizing.
  • Experience prospecting, handling rejection, developing pipelines, and converting opportunities.
