Sell roofing, windows, and siding for M & M Roofing, Windows & Siding through homeowner consultations, roof inspections, and estimates. Develop commission-based business across Texas markets.

Descriere

  • Consult with homeowners during in-home sales appointments
  • Inspect roofs while following safety procedures
  • Assess customer needs and recommend roofing, window, and siding products
  • Create and present estimates and proposals
  • Describe products, prices, warranties, and installation choices
  • Follow up with prospects and complete sales
  • Work company-provided leads and find additional prospects
  • Build business through referrals, networking, neighborhood outreach, and relationships
  • Record customer details and sales activity in company systems
  • Maintain customer relationships that support repeat business and referrals
  • Coordinate post-sale handoffs with Production and Operations
  • Attend monthly in-person sales meetings and training in Houston

  • Roofing or sales experience is not required

  • Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Be able to travel locally within the assigned sales territory
  • Be comfortable using ladders, climbing onto roofs, and conducting roof inspections
  • Be able to safely carry, set up, and use a company-provided Little Giant ladder
  • Follow all company ladder and rooftop safety procedures
  • Be able to attend required monthly in-person sales meetings and training in Houston
  • Be able to use company technology and sales systems
  • Be comfortable with technology, including using a GoPro
  • Live within or near the assigned Texas market
