Descriere

  • Lead end-to-end customer migrations from the legacy Kubernetes management system to Komodor’s agent-centric platform
  • Help customers build, manage, monitor, and operate custom agents on production-grade infrastructure
  • Own migration completion, platform adoption, and customer success for production deployments of internal agents
  • Assess customer organizations, technical environments, workflows, and challenges to advise on custom-agent development and operations
  • Deliver hands-on technical onboarding and implementations through sustained production use
  • Identify internal-agent opportunities within customer organizations and expand adoption across teams and business units
  • Bring customer feedback, deployment obstacles, and feature requests to internal teams and help translate them into product improvements
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to execute a consistent rollout strategy
  • Diagnose complex customer architectures and lead hands-on technical execution

Cerințe

  • Bring strong technical experience in DevOps, SRE, infrastructure, cloud-native platforms, Kubernetes, or platform engineering
  • Demonstrate experience leading complex technical migrations, rollout programs, or platform transitions for customer environments
  • Have worked directly with customers in a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, DevOps, or comparable technical customer-facing role
  • Understand Kubernetes, containerization, modern cloud-native architectures, and production-grade service infrastructure in depth
  • Have familiarity with or a strong interest in AI and internal-agent development, execution environments, and operational monitoring frameworks
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to migration and adoption challenges with practical, creative judgment
  • Communicate clearly and build effective working relationships with internal teams and external customer stakeholders
  • Manage complex projects, coordinate Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success stakeholders, and drive deployments to completion
  • Use strong emotional intelligence to navigate customer environments and organizational change
  • Take a hands-on approach to technical investigation, architecture troubleshooting, and execution
