- Collaborate with managers across the self-employment division.
- Maintain close contact with the business leadership team.
- Serve as the point of contact for assigned subject areas and provide expertise.
- Continuously develop and improve your own work organization.

- Guide change projects from initial idea through to a concrete business case.
- Contribute to every phase of change initiatives.

- Track trends across the sector.
