- Serve as the point of contact for assigned subject areas and provide expertise.

- Guide change projects from initial idea through to a concrete business case.
- Contribute to every phase of change initiatives.
- Update problem analyses, cost-benefit assessments, potential, and risks.
- Build team support for new developments and integrate them into day-to-day work.
- Track trends across the sector.
- Help shape a vision for digitalization and optimization.
- Work with the Improve and Solutions organization.
