Descriere

  • Manage the data and machine learning lifecycle, from requirements analysis and data preparation to statistical analysis, model monitoring, and risk controls.
  • Build and maintain systems that use machine learning models for classification and decision-making.
  • Work with data scientists and business stakeholders to align predictive analytics solutions with business goals.
  • Develop, test, deploy, and integrate business application processes that use machine learning predictions and classifications.
  • Turn data scientists’ code into maintainable IT solutions that follow coding standards and best practices.
  • Set up and manage AI/ML infrastructure in cloud and on-premises environments, including AWS, GCP, and graph databases.
  • Lead machine learning engineering across solution design, data pipelines, testing, deployment, scheduling, production support, APIs, and application integration.
  • Support generative AI applications, machine learning frameworks and libraries, and models.
  • Design and implement complex machine learning, artificial intelligence, and generative AI solutions.
  • Build proofs of concept and prototypes for complex initiatives.
  • Work with engineers and teams to assess new technologies and alternatives.
  • Develop, maintain, and uphold data development tools and standards.
  • Review code regularly to improve quality and ensure compliance.
  • Identify, assess, monitor, and manage risks in line with risk and compliance policies.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree, or four years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • Four years of experience in machine learning engineering, data engineering, or software development implementing data solutions.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, Java, or similar languages.
  • Extensive experience with data engineering and data pipelines.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end machine learning solutions, including building, integrating, and optimizing data pipelines.
  • Experience preparing and modeling data for data marts, data lakes, and operational analytics applications.
  • Working knowledge of MLOps principles and automated workflows.
  • Knowledge of data science principles and experience with data science methods.
  • Familiarity with statistical and predictive modeling techniques and machine learning concepts.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team.
  • Extensive experience with at least one cloud platform and its components, such as AWS SageMaker.
  • Must not need immigration support or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
